Our corporate law practice is one of the most dynamic corporate/M&A practices in the Luxembourg market. Our team advises national and international companies, private equity funds and their portfolio companies on corporate acquisitions, joint ventures, complex restructurings and financing transactions.
We are looking for an Associate (m/f/d) with a strong international focus to join our Luxembourg corporate/M&A team as a mid-level associate with some initial professional experience.
Skills and Experience:
You have successfully passed your bar admissions in Luxembourg or are eligible to be registered on List IV of the Luxembourg Bar.
You have successfully passed your bar admissions in Luxembourg or Paris or eligible to be registered on List IV of the Luxembourg Bar.
You have some professional experience, ideally two to three years, gained in a top tier law firm or similar environment in Luxembourg.
A large proportion of our work is conducted in English on a daily basis, which will not cause any difficulties for you.
Working command of French will be essential, language skills in German and/or Luxembourgish will be considered a strong asset.
You are commercially-minded and have a very good understanding of business interrelations.
You are a team player and will be able to work cross-office and with colleagues in different jurisdictions. You are a good communicator and attach great importance to a collegial working environment.
