As a contract manager, you are accountable for overseeing the contract and agreement processes for site-specific commercial and government aerospace programs.

You prepare and review contractual documentation and provide commercial support in accordance with corporate policy and applicable legal requirements to ensure timely and successful closure of contractual efforts ensuring the best outcome for the group.

You are joining an international industrial group, leader in motion and control technologies.

The business unit you belong to develops aerospace technologies and solutions directly sold to aircraft and/or engine manufacturers.

Your main responsibilities are:

- Assess contractual and commercial risk and provide appropriate advice to site leadership, site functional departments and contract management team. Responsible for generating, drafting, reviewing and negotiating terms and conditions for site specific business matters; compliance matrices; and making recommendations in accordance with group policies.

- Coordinate flow-downs of contractual requirements with all functional departments including program management, engineering, product support, finance, quality, supply chain management, manufacturing, as required.

- Contract support and administration of contracts to the business with advice throughout the contract life cycle.

- Evaluate compliance to all applicable laws, regulations and corporate policies and applicable business practices and procedures.

- Advise functional departments of contractual rights and obligations.

- Provide contract management input related to work transfer & sourcing activities involving to ensure compliance with customer requirements and internal and external regulations and policies.

- Utilize legal resources and other subject matter experts to ensure all levels of risk are recognized and subsequently addressed.

- Ensure that all sales contracts matters are efficiently documented, prioritized and tracked in the contracts repository and management system (e.g. SalesForce or SEAL).

- Facilitate 3rd party commercial intermediaries 'life cycle'.

Graduated with a master of law, you have been working for at least 7 years in the industrial sector as a jurist (aerospace experience is a plus). You are experienced in reviewing and drafting distributor agreements, IP-related agreements, sales and purchase agreement.

This position is directly exposed to stakeholder management and requires outstanding communication skills and the ability to listen. As your manager will be located abroad, you will need to demonstrate strong autonomy capacities. You will need to prioritize duties with minimal supervision and to work cross-functionally in order to meet deadlines.
