Nous sommes à la recherche de notre futur Stagiaire ou Alternant pour notre équipe People en France au sein du département "Employee Relations & Labor Law". Vous interviendrez en support du Senior Legal ER Manager, en charge des problématiques individuelles et collectives chez Criteo.

We are looking for our future Employee relations and labor law apprentice or intern, to join our People Department in France. You will support the Senior Legal ER manager in charge of managing both individual and collective matters at Criteo


What you will do : 

  • Collective labor relations :
· Preparation of the various staff representatives meetings (CSE, CSSCT) and annual regular reports and analysis
·  Preparation of collective negotiations meetings and support on collective agreements projects
·  Research, analysis and writing work, in support of the social dialogue and the company projects
 
  • Individual Employee relations :
·  Support the People operational teams (People business partners) on any Employee relations issue or labor law expertise.
·  Legal watch and support on the preparation of internal communication and trainings related to French employment law


Who you are :

  • You are preparing a BAC+5 or more, with a social labor law expertise (M2 in labor law, student lawyer at the CRFPA or equivalent) and you ideally have a first experience in a global company or a lawyer firm.
  • You are available as soon as possible for 6 months (internship) or 12 months (apprenticeship)
  • Fluent in English & French
  • Expertise in French Labour Law
  • Adaptable, proactive, creative
  • Great collaboration skills as well as strong organizational capabilities
