We are recruiting an experienced lawyer for our Media, Data and Technologies practice.
Your mission and responsibilities
Our top independent Luxembourg law firm is looking for an experienced Media, Data and Technology Lawyer to join our growing team and advise international clients.
As an experienced lawyer, you will assist the partners in the management of the practice. You will supervise associates and take an active part in our business development initiatives.
You will assist our domestic and international clients on a broad range of Media, Data, and Technology matters, including:

• Handling data protection matters, such as GDPR implementation (drafting policies, internal procedures, and data processing agreements), data breaches, data transfers;
• Drafting, analyzing, and reviewing contracts to ensure compliance with both legal and business requirements;
• Advising on marketing and advertising initiatives across all forms of media;
• Providing legal guidance on intellectual property matters, including copyrights, databases, designs, trademarks, domain names, and unfair competition.

• A master’s degree in law completed by a post graduate degree;
• Member of the Luxembourg Bar or another European Bar
• At least 10 years’ experience in a recognized law firm and a solid background in data protection, technologies and IP;
• Outstanding legal and analytical skills;
• An excellent command (written and spoken) of English and French;
• Ability to manage a team;
• Team player and client oriented;
• Curiosity and deep understanding of the market.
