Mission :

The intern will assist Legal in all legal and financial/ banking regulatory matters. Intern will assist in reviewing loan documentation and master derivative agreement, participate to negotiation rounds.The intern will assist Legal in all legal and financial/ banking regulatory matters. This will allow the intern to have an operational insight on the various Banking/ Financial Services legal and regulatory matters in an international environment as well as familiarize itself with technical terminology in English and French.

The intern will assist the team in charge of the following tasks:

• Préparation de documents juridiques et en relation avec la règlementation
• Assistance de l’équipe juridique pour revoir la documentation bancaire et financière en lien avec les négociations menées par le business 

• Prepare legal and regulatory survey papers
• Assist and analyse regulatory situation
• Work along with permanent staff in reviewing and negotiating banking and financial documentation.

• Law student, law degree or LLM student or recent graduate
