Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a challenge-driven legal counsel to join our team in Boulogne-Billancourt!

What do we expect from you?

• Providing legal support to our legal team on a variety of matters, such as:
• Social and labour law
• Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) topics (Environment, Human Rights),
• Corporate Governance,
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating various agreements:
• Procurement Contracts,
• Participation Agreements,
• NDA
• Providing a strong support to the Huawei Compliance Program in a lot of different topics:
• GDPR,
• Anti-Bribery …

As you can see, a high variety of topics will keep you challenge throughout your experience with us!
 

What are our requirements?

• Excellent drafting, analytic and negotiation skills with a strong commercial sense and flexible hands-on approach,
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (legal English) and French,
• Scientific background is appreciated,
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and positive attitude,
• Keen to be challenged in a fast-paced, commercial environment with multinational staff
