Key Responsibilities

As a Global Compliance Intern under the supervision of the Five Arrows Global Compliance Officer, you will take part in a range of responsibilities and gain hands-on experience in compliance-related matters.

Your main tasks will include:

• Conducting regulatory watch on laws and regulations relevant to Five Arrows,

• Assisting with regulatory assessments (regulatory research, gap analysis and drafting memos),

• Supporting the review, update and implementation of the Five Arrows Compliance frameworks (including drafting policies and procedures and training materials etc.),

• Contributing to the preparation of reports and assisting in the follow-up of specific Group and Five Arrows compliance transversal projects.

Candidate Profile

• Preferably holding a master’s degree in law (or currently pursuing one), preferably with a focus on financial regulation,

• Certification in compliance, regulatory and/or AML CFT matters will be considered as an asset,

• Prior experience in compliance within an asset management Company/AIFM is a plus,

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal,

• Integrity and professional ethics,

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications,

• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills,

• Fluency in both French and English is required.
