We are currently looking for a Trainee (6 months) for our Employment Law and Litigation department (un stagiaire pour notre département Droit du travail et Contentieux)

Your Mission:
 
You will join our team to work on various types of files providing assistance to a wide range of international and multi-national clients, private equity houses, financial institutions, institutional clients and also local clients. Your duties will include:
  • Working actively with the team in a wide variety of Employment law issues and commercial and civil litigation matters
  • Involvement in several stimulating files which will allow you to discover and in turn apply the best technical methods in respect of international legal issues
  • Participating in meetings and calls with clients, in order to gain familiarity with Customer relationship management
  • Drafting of documentation
  • Completion of legal research in Luxembourg, French and Belgian law
