As part of our continuous growth, we seek a skilled and autonomous Attorney, registered at the Paris Bar, to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:
As a Legal Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in providing end-to-end legal services to our clients. You will be responsible for managing client relationships from initiation to resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management:

• Establish and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their legal requirements and ensuring the provision of tailored legal solutions in various sector of activities : Real estate, Crypto, Sport, Marketing, Transportation.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication channels and promptly addressing inquiries.

• Legal Advisory Services:

• Provide legal advice in accordance with UAE regulations.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to develop strategies and solutions for clients.

• Contract Drafting and Review:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, contracts, and agreements on behalf of clients.
• Ensure compliance with local and international legal standards.

• Case Management:

• Independently manage legal cases from initiation to resolution.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings when required.
• preparing and drafting court/expert memorandums, statements of case, subpoenas, Legal Notice, legal opinion etc.

• Legal Compliance:

• Stay abreast of changes in local and international laws relevant to the client's business or legal matters.
• Provide guidance on legal compliance to clients and internal stakeholders.

• Documentation and Reporting:

• Prepare clear and concise legal documentation and reports for clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and legal proceedings.

• Business Development:

• Participate to the business development of the firm through newsletters, emailing to clients based on new regulations etc;

• Licensed attorney with an active registration at the Paris Bar.
• Proven experience as a Lawyer or similar role in France or UAE for at least 3 years.
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai's legal landscape and international legal standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
