Interested in joining a dynamic and fast-expanding team of an international business law firm? We are looking for an:

Intern for our Investment Funds department - July 2025

YOUR ROLE

• Advising domestic and international clients on fund formation, marketing, restructuring and other regulatory matters in the investment funds and asset management sector under senior lawyer’ supervision;

• Performing regulatory filings and procedures with the CSSF;

• Ensuring legal monitoring and conduct legal research;

• Drafting legal documents under lawyers' supervision;

• Working in collaboration with teams from other departments and offices.

YOUR PROFILE

• Education - Student or Graduate with a Master in Law looking for a 3 to 6-month internship covered by a university agreement;

• Fluent in English, French being considered as an asset;

• Team player - you'll partner directly with our lawyers both locally and within the network;

• Ability to demonstrate good analytical skills and attention to detail;

• Capable of maintaining strict confidentiality on project and client information.
