In 2021, Picnic raised €600 million from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to expand into Europe. After successfully launching operations in Germany and Northern France, we are now continuing our expansion in France, particularly in the Paris region.

Based in the Amsterdam office, you will be part of the legal team and will work with the French Legal Director, in close cooperation with the Netherlands team and the operational teams in France. Specifically, your main responsibilities will be:

• Commercial contracts: managing daily contracts (reviewing and commenting on them, negotiating them with the help of a lawyer, and following them up until signature);
• Commercial leases: review offer letters and prepare initial drafts of leases, monitor the process until signing;
• Be the first point of contact for operational teams, particularly sales, safety and infrastructure teams, for all their legal questions;
• Assist the legal team on long-term projects (pre-litigation/litigation) and complex contract negotiations; and
• Management of the legal secretariat and training (capital increases, approval of accounts, management of pages enabling the training of operational staff, etc.).

• Student lawyer (PPI) or Master 2 in law with general knowledge of French business law (private law, contracts, consumption, distribution, real estate, etc.);
• You are lively, dynamic, autonomous and rigorous, you have team spirit and are a force for proposals; and
• Professional English, which allows you to follow meetings, communicate and read and write perfectly (English is Picnic's working language).

Our offer
For this 6-month internship, we offer a gross salary of €1,500 per month as well as 12.5 days of vacation so you can recharge your batteries.
