Legal and contractual support
- Draft, review, and manage contracts and agreements (e.g., NDAs, supplier agreements, customer contracts). This includes working across teams to support negotiations, empower customer and supplier facing teams and ensure contracts are aligned with business objectives.

Maintain and optimize GitGuardian's contract management database.

Support regulatory monitoring and filling, ensuring compliance with local and international standards such as AI governance, GDPR and data protection regulations.

Support teams on corporate issues, ensuring compliance with French and US governance requirements.
- Work closely with various teams (GTM, R&D, Finance, HR) to provide legal advice and support.
- Actively participate in the development and improvement of legal processes and workflows, including but not limited to standardisation of templates, updating of internal policies and procedures, improvement of automation.
