Our Interiors activity is looking for a Legal Trainee for its Headquarters based in Nanterre.


The Legal team dedicated to the Faurecia Group's Interiors activity assists its internal clients in the development of major industrial partnership projects, M&A transactions, technology, purchase and sale agreements with its customers (manufacturers) and suppliers, restructuring operations and litigation worldwide.

Within the Faurecia Interiors legal team, the intern's main mission will be to assist the lawyers and the Legal Director in international business law (international contract law, pre-litigation, litigation).

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

We are looking for a Legal Trainee to join our team!
Our Interiors activity is looking for a Legal Trainee for its Headquarters based in Nanterre.


The Legal team dedicated to the Faurecia Group's Interiors activity assists its internal clients in the development of major industrial partnership projects, M&A transactions, technology, purchase and sale agreements with its customers (manufacturers) and suppliers, restructuring operations and litigation worldwide.
You will be working on challenges that matter !
Within the Faurecia Interiors legal team, the intern's main mission will be to assist the lawyers and the Legal Director in international business law (international contract law, pre-litigation, litigation).

Missions: More specifically, the intern will be entrusted with the following tasks:

- Review, analysis, drafting of contracts and various legal documents (mostly in English),

- Support local teams worldwide in various operations (anticipation of pre-litigation legal risks, etc.),

- Various legal research and drafting of internal legal memos.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

 

And if it was you?

Candidate profile:

- Master’s degree business law and/or business school

- Possibly legal training abroad

- Significant internships (business firm and/or legal department)

- Good level of English is imperative, German is a plus

- Mastery of the Pack Office and legal research websites

- Good writing skills, ability to synthesize, thoroughness

- Proactive and autonomous

The duration of the internship is 6 months (Nanterre, RER Préfecture Nanterre or 10 minutes by bus from La Défense) starting as soon as possible (to be defined with the candidate). Remuneration: according to profile So, are you coming on board?
